Week Summary Week 37-38 | Summary - 1️⃣3️⃣1️⃣ DNF 🎉 + 0️⃣6️⃣:0️⃣9️⃣ STA 🎉 Overcoming setbacks and unlocking new PBs—131m DNF and 6:09 STA 🎉✌️. A shift toward relaxed, mindful diving and refined technique paid off. Training now focuses on 75m dives for better body awareness. Progress, not perfection, is the path forward.
Training Log Week 35-36 | Summary 🟥 Despite solid prep and near-PB dives in training, I struggled during the recent competition due to poor sleep, long travel, and stress. Two failed dives were a tough lesson, but I’m refocusing on managing competition-day challenges and growing from it.
Week Summary Week 33-34 | Summary ✌️ The two weeks before the pool competition were tough—switching from depth training, limited pool time due to rest and travel, and vacation plans disrupted my routine. Still, a no-wetsuit session in another city helped me stay mentally connected to training.
Training Log Week 31-32 | Summary 🟥+4️⃣2️⃣m CNF✌️🎉 Focused on technique and control, I trained for a local comp with 20m depth and a 2m hang. Despite a setback post-illness, my prep paid off—I hit a 42m CNF dive, a new personal best!
Week Summary Week 29-30 | Summary 1️⃣5️⃣5️⃣m DYNB ✌️🎉 The last two weeks were focused on rest and dive safety awareness. I trained rescue scenarios, improved safety procedures, and had strong sessions both in water and at the gym. I achieved significant dives, including a 155m dynamic bi-fins personal best.
Week Summary Week 27-28 | Summary 1️⃣4️⃣0️⃣ m DYNB 🎉✌️ Another week of freediving progress! I hit a DYNB PB of 140m, and completed very good 112m DNF dive, both feeling strong. Depth sessions were rewarding, and I explored CO₂ and hypoxia training. Plus, an insightful exchange with Michaela Werner on freediving journey, lessons learned and mindset.
Week Summary Week 26 | Summary 1️⃣2️⃣5️⃣m DNF 🎉✌️ This week brought major strides in my freediving journey. Without chasing records, I focused on consistency and technique, hitting a personal best of 125m DNF 🎉. Extra gym and pool training are paying off—stronger, more streamlined, and more focused than ever!
Training Log Week 25 | Summary ✌️+🟥 This week’s hypoxic training showed real progress. Hitting 108m DNF on a full breath was a huge confidence boost, proving I have more in reserve for max attempts when I will add few air packs. I also repeated my 50m pool sessions with less effort, improved breath control, and better awareness.
Training Log Week 24 | Summary ✌️+🟥 This week, I pushed my freediving limits with RV training, refining awareness and control. My 100+ DNF dives felt more conscious, and depth training showed improved efficiency. Even a failed 108m DNF dive taught me valuable lessons—success motivates, but failure teaches best!
