The two weeks leading up to the pool competition were particularly challenging. I was transitioning from depth training to pool-focused disciplines, and making that switch wasn’t easy. The required rest before competitions meant I couldn’t maintain my usual training rhythm, especially in the pool. Combined with some vacation plans and travel, it was difficult to keep a consistent training volume.

Despite the limitations, I did manage to fit in one no-wetsuit training session while visiting another city. It wasn’t ideal, but it gave me a small boost of confidence and helped me stay connected to my training mindset during a hectic period.
