Week 31-32 | Summary 🟥+4️⃣2️⃣m CNF✌️🎉
Focused on technique and control, I trained for a local comp with 20m depth and a 2m hang. Despite a setback post-illness, my prep paid off—I hit a 42m CNF dive, a new personal best!
Over the past two weeks, I shifted my focus to technique and control in preparation for a local competition that required a 20-meter dive followed by a hang at 2 meters. My training centered on slowing things down—working through bottom crawl drills along the pool floor and refining my hypoxic RV dives. I also completed several long DNF sessions, with a few dives coming close to my personal best.
One attempt, unfortunately, didn’t go as planned. It came too soon after recovering from an illness, and my body wasn’t quite ready. Still, the overall preparation paid off—at the competition, I achieved a 4️⃣2️⃣m CNF dive, setting a new personal best ✌️🎉.
